I walked into a cafe after I hung up with my Hyungs. It was a five way conversation where I had no say, only directions to a cafe that Junsu had taken Yoochun a couple of times. As the bell on the door jingled when it hit the door frame, I was already ordering my beverage at the counter. Thanking the girl behind the marble counter, I made my way over to an empty table, of course located by the loudest customers. I sat behind a girl who seemed annoyed with the couple sitting infront of her.
I leaned back into the metal chair, sipping at my hot chocolate, waiting for my Hyungs to arrive.
"What?"
I slightly turned my head to listen to the conversation behind me.
"You are pretty, not gorgeous, about average for a girl like you, but you should've at least had one guy,"
Just hearing that statement, I suddenly felt mad, like I wanted to punch him. Who was he to say that to someone? So what if someone never had a lover? It doesn't make them less or more of a person. I sighed and decided to get something to eat before I boil over someone else's conversation. I got up and went back to the counter, greeted by a different girl, I ordered a muffin. I turned around, leaning against the counter. I looked about the place, but my eyes landed on an aggrivated girl. Isn't she the one I was sitting behind?
My feet suddenly started to move as I made my way over to her. As I got closer, the conversation from earlier progressed into a press confrence.
"You have a boyfriend? Really? What's he look like?" Myunghee questioned curiously.
Although Myunghee seemed to believe my far out statement, her boyfriend didn't. Why did I say that anyway? It's not like I have to impress them or anything. It's just that they were degrading me with every little look, I couldn't just sit there and take it. I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard place right now; I'm screwed.
"Yes, who is this guy? I do hope you invited him to come," Dongmin said in an irascible tone, amused by the turn of the conversation.
She clenched her jaw as she tried to think of something to put out there. Her eyes jot from her friend to her friend's boyfriend. Dammit, I can't think of anything.
"I'm sorry I'm late. I was working on your surprise for later,"
Surprised by the sudden touch of his lips on her cheek, she turned to face the guy sat next to her, "Thanks for keeping an eye on her. I didn't expect to take so long,"
She couldn't look at him long for Myunghee was calling her name, "Sunae. Is this him? Omo~! He's so hot~,"
"She just told you about me now?" He chuckled a bit, "How am I not surprised. Typical Sunae, right?"
Sunae looked at him, surprised how he thouhght he knew her so well.
"I know! She does it all the time!" Myunghee agreed.
She jot my head in her friend's direction, "What? I do not,"
"It's okay jagiya, I still love you," the random guy said as he put his arm around her shoulder, resting his head on hers.
"What's your name anyway?" Dongmin asked.
"She hasn't told you that either?" Dongmin shook his head, unsure of his girlfriend's behavior towords the guy.
"Changmin. Shim Changmin," he answered shortly.
"Omo~! So sexy~," Myunghee shrilled.
"Baby, come on. There's nothing great about him," Dongmin tried to consult his girl about how much better he is.
While the couple were discussing with each other, the random guy known as Changmin turned his attention to Sunae. Sunae took the liberty of starting off their discission, "Who are you?"
"Isn't it obvious? I'm your boyfriend," he smirked.
"I'm serious. What are you doing here?"
He sighed, leaning closer to Sunae, "You seemed burdened by them, so I just decided to help you out. Why? You don't want me to do this for you? I can leave if you want,"
He started to stand up but Sunae automatically reached out for his arm, "No! No, please don't go. You have to finish what you started,"
Changmin smirked, amused how desperate she was. Sitting back down, he wrapped his arms around her, "You're just too cute,"
"Dongmin-ah, why don't you ever do that with me? Huh?" Myunghee turned to Sunae, "Sunae-ah. I'm jealous of you. You have such an affectionate boyfriend. I don't see why you kept him a secret for so long,"
Sunae just smiled as she looked at Changmin. Who is this guy? Why does he want to help me? Is he a pervert? Just wanting to get into my pants? Or is he a good do-er? Her head tilted to the side a bit as she continued her thoughts, oblivious to Changmin watchig her.
What the hell am I doing? I don't even know this chick and I'm posing has her boyfriend. What the hell is wrong with me? Why am I acting this way? Hyungs are going to be here any minute and I'm getting myself into this?
"Who are you?" the girl hastily asked.
"Isn't it obvious? I'm your boyfriend," I was suddenly engrossed in our little act.
"I'm serious. What are you doing here?" the look on her face was threatening, so I gave up beating around the bush.
I leaned close to her ear so the two scatter brains across the table wouldn't hear, "You seemed burdened by them, so I just decided to help you out. Why? You don't want me to do this for you? I can leave if you want,"
